Ask five agencies what social media management costs and you'll get five answers that are almost impossible to compare. One quote says "15 posts," another says "complete management," a third lists a price with no deliverables at all.

We'd rather be transparent. Below are our social media packages, exactly what each includes, and how to compare any agency's offer, including ours, so you can make a clear decision.

Our social media packages

Standard Premium VIP
Monthly price ₹35,000 ₹50,000 ₹63,000

We describe them as the consistent burn, the louder signal and the full blaze. In practice, the difference is volume, depth of strategy and how much of the day-to-day we take off your hands.

Which package fits which brand

Standard: the consistent burn

For brands that need a reliable, professional presence and steady growth. Seventeen reels a month is enough to post several times a week, every week. It suits restaurants, local retailers and service businesses that want consistency without a huge content machine.

Premium: the louder signal

For brands ready to grow faster. More reels, more posts and more stories, with a more advanced strategy behind them. It suits businesses with launches, multiple product lines or ambitions in new markets.

VIP: the full blaze

For brands that want Instagram to be a serious growth channel and want us running it. Thirty reels, thirty posts, thirty stories, priority execution and complete posting management. You approve; we handle the rest.

How to compare social media packages

When you're comparing quotes, these are the questions that reveal what you're actually paying for.

1. What exactly is delivered?

Count the reels, posts and stories. "Complete management" means nothing until it's a number. Ask how many reels are original shoots and how many are edits of footage you provide.

2. Who shoots the content?

Some packages include professional shoots. Others expect you to send your own footage. This is the single biggest difference in price and in quality, so ask directly.

3. Is strategy included, or just posting?

Posting what you send is not the same as planning what to make. Ask whether the package includes content strategy, a calendar, hook writing and monthly reviews of what's working.

4. How many revisions?

Know how many rounds of changes are included per reel and per post.

5. Who posts, and who replies?

Does the agency publish the content? Write captions? Reply to comments and DMs? Each of these is real work and affects the price.

6. Who owns the content and the account?

Make sure you can keep and reuse everything made for you, including raw footage where possible. Never hand over your password. Give the agency access through Meta Business Suite instead, so you stay the owner and can remove access at any time. Meta's Business Help Centre explains how to add partners.

7. What does a month look like?

Ask how shoot days, approvals and publishing are scheduled. A clear monthly rhythm is a sign of an agency that delivers consistently. Our brand shoot day checklist shows how we plan ours.

8. What's included in the price?

Check whether GST, travel and props are included or extra, and whether there's a minimum contract length.

A cheaper package that delivers half the reels and none of the strategy isn't cheaper. It's just smaller.

Agency, freelancer or in-house?

There's no single right answer. Each option suits different brands.

Agency or studio Freelancer In-house hire
Range of skills Strategy, shooting, editing, design together Usually one or two specialities Depends on the person
Consistency Team covers leave and illness Depends on one person Depends on one person
Cost Fixed monthly Often lower per piece Salary, equipment and software
Management needed from you Low Medium High
Best for Brands that want a complete system Specific, defined tasks Large brands with daily content needs

Many brands combine them: an in-house person for daily stories and community, and a studio for strategy, shoots and the reels that need production.

What drives the price of social media packages

  • Production. Professional shoots, lighting, sound and locations take time and equipment.
  • Volume. More reels need more shoot time, more editing and more planning.
  • Strategy depth. Research, positioning and monthly optimisation are skilled work.
  • Management. Posting, captions and scheduling add up across a month.
  • Speed. Priority turnaround means more of the team's time reserved for you.

Getting the most from any package

  1. Give a clear brief. The better the agency understands your brand, the better the work. Our guide to writing a creative brief includes a template.
  2. Approve quickly. Delays on your side push everything back.
  3. Be available on shoot days. The best content often comes from the founder and the team.
  4. Share what's happening. Launches, offers and events should reach the agency weeks in advance.
  5. Review the numbers together every month. Our guide to the Instagram metrics that matter shows what to look at.

Want to talk about which package fits?

All three of our packages are listed on our packages section. If you're not sure which suits your brand, or you need something custom, send us a brief and we'll recommend the right fit honestly, even if that's the smallest one.
